I know this will sound ridiculous, but this was my favorite place in Italy. After a long trip of trekking and seeing sites, being able to wind down in this beautiful location was amazing. The food was incredible (are eggs meant to be this vibrant? what am I normally eating?), the sights were gorgeous, and some of the most amazing and friendly staff we have ever met. Everyone went far above and beyond. Could not recommend this place enough.

Luigi, Marco and the rest of the team provided amazing service from the moment we arrived until we left. They thought of every detail. Marco even got up very early to see us off, with freshly made espresso and pastries. The food and wine were superb! I’ve found myself craving the meals since our return home. We didn’t have a car, but Luigi scheduled 2 wine tours for us, both uniquely different. The night the restaurant on-site was closed he thoughtfully made a reservation up the road. The rain shower head is divine! The bed is comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous and we enjoyed several meals gazing at the beautiful, rolling hills of Tuscany. It’s obvious love goes into all they for their guests. If you have an opportunity to stay here, do it. You’ll thank me.

Among all the hotels we stayed at during the 14 days in Tuscany, although it wasn't the most expensive, this was definitely the best. The hotel is new, the room is very well equipped with a super comfortable bed, mattress, and pillows. The spa is great and very complete, with a dry sauna, steam sauna, and hot tub. The hotel has a pool, but due to the cold, we didn’t use it. The breakfast is à la carte, not buffet, and it was wonderful. We dined at the hotel restaurant twice, and it was also excellent, from the appetizers to the main courses. We want to highlight the exceptional service from the staff, especially Paulo and Pietro, who gave us an amazing experience. This is a hotel we would recommend with our eyes closed.

If you want to experience the true Tuscany and see breathtaking views from breakfast and dinner, this place is for you. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and washrooms, the best food we have had so far in Italy (which surprised us because let’s be honest, it’s Italy), best friendliest staff, serene and cozy atmosphere, distance to towns is convenient. First time in Tuscany and Italy and what a find Poggio Paradiso Resort was for us. Beautiful Tuscan convenient location, large rooms and close surrounding towns to venture out during the day, but come back for dinner. Highly recommend L’Olvio Cucina, seriously the best food in Tuscany. The staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, they also go above and beyond, to make your stay comfortable.

This is an exceptional hotel in an exceptional location. The breakfast was excellent and beautifully served in the garden, offering an incredible view of the landscape. The personnel were very helpful and friendly. We toured several small cities in Tuscany, and among all the locations and hotels, this one stood out as the best by far. I can only recommend it further.
